How We Work

We offer a free no obligation session where we gather a list of requirements to produce the anticipated cost for the website. Once you are happy with the cost we will provide you with a detailed specification of the website for agreeement, signature and authority to proceed.

Once this specification has been signed work on the website can begin. Changes to the signed specification may result in an increase in cost and/or a delay to the website delivery, although any additional costs will be agreed before the changes are made.

Work will continue on the website with the customer involved throughout the development process. This is so that LSEB web and the customer both can see the progress and overall scope of the project.

When the website has been completed the customer then has to sign the accepted website document. If the customer finds any problems after a 7 day period then the process starts again.

High customer satisfaction and involvement is our key as after all you are the customer!
