Cobent
LSEB Web’s involvement in the Cobent LMS was to customize the portal of one of Cobent’s customers, World Food Program (WFP). The portal had to have new functionality build in to meet WFP’s business needs. Some of the enhancements include: - look and feel of the customer facing website
- Improved functionality when creating course elements
- Synchronization of users between WFP and Cobent LMS
- Update to the way the calendar function works
- Import of historical data from WFP into the Cobent LMS
- Change the functionality around how training can be assigned to users

Two website solutions were created. One to allow a customer to order merchandise, tickets, downloads etc, from a front end web site. The other, to allow the administration of the customer website. Both websites were coded using ASP.NET (VB) 2005, AOD.NET 2005 and SQL 2005.

Taking the customer specification and turn it into a stand alone website, using HTML, DHTML, Javascript and CSS. The project required working on the customer site (Lombard - Royal Bank of Scotland), producing a DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant Website, dealing with any customer issues, website documentation and user interface designs.
